In line with RD Francis Cesar Bringas’ drive to provide efficient and timely services to clients, the Administrative Services Division led by Chief Joel Rosales spearheaded the orientation on Republic Act 11032 known as “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018″ which amended the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007.
Mr. Elizalde G. Bernales, Special Investigator III of the Legal Unit, presented the salient points of the law in view of streamlining the region’s service delivery processes to align with the timelines provided by the said law.
In attendance were the chiefs of the regional Functional Divisions, Unit Heads, and ARTA point persons. The participants are expected to revise or adjust the existing Citizens Charter of the regional office to conform to the provisions of the law, and to ensure time-bound service delivery to satisfy both external and internal clients.
