BUTUAN CITY – 09/12/2019

The Department of Education Caraga Regional Office has just received Plaque of Recognition from the Civil Service Commission for obtaining PRIME HRM Maturity Level II in all four (4) HR Core Systems such as Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP); Performance Management (PM); Learning and Development (L&D); and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).

DepEd Caraga Regional Office takes pride in this feat of being the only awardee, among all other agencies, that received recognition for all four (4) HR Core Systems. Siargao Division, Bislig City Division, and Surigao City Division also earned the same recognition for achieving Maturity Level II in two (2) or three (3) of the four (4) core systems.

Dr. Felisa Laranjo, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of Agusan del Norte Division received the Presidential Lingkod Bayan Regional Award (Individual Category), and Mrs. Elizabeth A. Bautista, Education Program Supervisor received the CSC Pagasa Regional Award (Individual Category), respectively.

Dr. Flordelisa Dalin, Chief of HRDD, and Dr. Isidro Biol Jr., Chief of CLMD, represented DepEd Caraga Regional Office to receive the award during the 2019 Regional Recognition and Awarding Rites at the Las Nieves Hall, Almont Inland Resort, JC Aquino Avenue, Butuan City.

This year’s awards rites centered on its theme “Civil Service @ 119: Upholding Integrity and Building High Trust Society”. These recognitions are accorded to organizations and individuals who exhibit profound determination and exert invaluable effort in promoting people excellence in their respective agencies for effective and efficient public service.
