The main objectives of the activity are:
1. Presentation of the Localized DCP Monitoring and Inventory System or the DCP-MIS;
2. Presentation of updates on the programs and projects of the four ICTS Divisions in the Central Office;
3. Conceptualize the training matrix for the School ICT Coordinators Skills Enhancement Training.
The DCP-MIS system provides a facility to account for, trace, and monitor all DCP equipment and devices distributed to the different schools in Caraga, such as desktops, laptops, printers, UPS, projectors, and all other related devices.
Mr. Marcelino Ahon, head of the ICTU, spearheaded the activity with the assistance of Nerison S. Pitogo, Computer Programmer II, and Winston C. Eben, Computer Maintenance Technologist.
The participants from the 12 Schools Divisions were: Marian P. Tonjoc, Marlou G. Salas, John Eric A. Jabines, Kevin Adrian M. Rosas, Elemer Kent M. Cataluรฑa, Christopher John T.
